Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to support clients with personal care, household tasks, and daily activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Remind clients to take medications
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when necessary
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• PCA certification or caregiver training may be required depending on state/employer
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to lift or assist clients safely
