The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on delivering measurable value to enterprise construction clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for key client stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery
  • Manage and maintain client Procore environments, ensuring system reliability, accuracy, and optimal configuration for business needs
  • Coordinate training sessions, develop learning materials, and support end-user adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Identify and address user resistance or adoption challenges, driving engagement and platform utilization across organizations
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, meeting documentation, and post-implementation evaluations
  • Integrate Procore with financial and operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures tailored to client workflows and construction processes
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve system performance, reporting capabilities, and overall platform value
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Procore in implementation, administration, or advanced user roles
  • 2+ years of direct Procore implementation and configuration experience in client-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of Procore financial modules and construction project workflows
  • 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in project management or operational roles
  • Experience with construction technology platforms or project management systems such as Primavera, e-Builder, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integration and software implementation projects
  • Excellent communication skills, including written documentation, presentations, and client-facing discussions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, remote team environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, client-centered solutions
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior consulting roles
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Flexible PTO policy and remote-first work environment
  • Philanthropic matching gift program supporting charitable contributions
  • Professional development opportunities and exposure to enterprise-level construction clients
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge construction technology and large-scale organizations
