This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing expertise and consultative sales, focused on helping businesses scale through data-driven digital acquisition strategies. As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will engage with prospective clients to diagnose growth opportunities across paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative strategy, translating those insights into tailored marketing solutions. You will operate across both inbound and outbound pipelines, owning the full sales cycle while working closely with internal subject matter experts to strengthen conversion outcomes. The position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and the ability to confidently advise clients on how to improve performance across multiple channels. You will act as both a trusted advisor and a growth partner, combining analytical thinking with persuasive communication. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced agency environment where curiosity, ownership, and marketing depth directly drive success.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with prospective clients to identify performance gaps and develop tailored digital marketing growth strategies.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle across inbound and outbound leads, from discovery through close.
- Evaluate client accounts to uncover opportunities across paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative strategy.
- Build and present data-driven marketing solutions aligned with client business and acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to strengthen proposals and improve close rates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline discipline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Educate prospects on performance marketing best practices and positioning agency services as growth solutions.
- Develop strong client relationships through consultative, insight-driven engagement.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape shifts.
- Continuously refine sales approaches based on performance data and market feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in agency-based marketing services sales or performance marketing-related roles.
- Strong background in performance marketing, with the ability to discuss paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative strategy confidently.
- Hands-on knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads.
- Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling environments.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “hunter” approach to business development.
- High level of curiosity and passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar sales platforms.
