Park Center Therapist - MSW in Huntington , Indiana at Parkview Health

Masters degree in social work (MSW) required. Must hold an active LSW or temporary LSW license in the state of Indiana. CPR required within 30 days of employment. Must complete non-crisis intervention within 60 days of employment. ANSA required within 30 days of employment. Must have a valid state drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance for Homebased Case Management 3 Wishes CTT MH Case Management and ACE Case Management. ANSA required within 30 days of employment. CANS 0-5 required within 30 days of employment for Three Wishes and Home Base Diversion Case Management. CANS 5-17 required within 30 days of employment for all areas except PC Inpatient Therapist Residential Addictions 3.5 CD CTT MH Case Management and ACE Case Management. Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of a computer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 100 pounds shared lifting.
