Opengate Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our Compliance Team as a Manager of EHR, Incident Management Specialist and Incident Management Coordinator.
Manager of EHR - Details
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (compensation commensurate with job qualifications and experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Days
Location: Armonk, New York
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience in data specialist/records management required, 3 years preferred
Incident Management Coordinator - Details
Salary: $69,000 - $75,000 annually (compensation commensurate with job qualifications and experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Days
Location: Armonk, New York
Qualifications: Associate's Degree, minimum of 3 years in compliance/quality improvement, 3 years exp. with OPWDD and the NYS Justice Center, WSIR and IRMA
Incident Management Specialist (OPWDD Approved Investigator)Hourly: $28.00 - $30.00

Location: Armonk, New York
Qualifications: High School diploma required, minimum 2 years of compliance/quality improvement, 3 years with OPWDD systems, including WSIR and IRMA.
