BILLING ASSOCIATE SUMMARY: The Billing Associate is responsible for timely insurance billing, insurance follow-up and monitoring denials.

BILLING ASSOCIATE BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in HealthStream Policy Manager.

Required to work with the Clinic Manager regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Clinic.

BILLING ASSOCIATE JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 12 to 18 months related experience, and/or medical office experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other: Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G., clerical/administrative

Preferredd Education: Associates Degree
