The Role: As a part-time In-Store Lead Generator, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and sales expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.

What You'll Do:

· Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants

· Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality

· Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers

· Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills

What You'll Bring:

· Sales, Marketing and/or events experience preferred, but not required

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities

· Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor

· Schedule is approx. 25 hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday. Typical shift is 10am-3pm. Must be available on Saturdays!

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius

What To Expect:

· Base pay range $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience

· Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses based on leads generated and appointments set
