Lodging Reservations Coordinator – Remote (copy) in California, Maryland at Destination Careers

The Lodging Reservations Coordinator helps clients explore hotels, resorts, and other accommodation options while providing attentive service throughout the reservation process.

• Research hotels, resorts, and lodging options according to client preferences, dates, and budgets
• Assist clients in comparing available accommodations and reservation options
• Coordinate lodging reservations and related booking details
• Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information to clients
• Assist with changes or questions related to existing reservations
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and booking details
• Utilize online reservation platforms and industry resources
• Research property amenities, locations, and available services
• Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
• Follow established booking procedures and documentation requirements
