ABOUT THE ROLE

• Prepare and serve fresh, made-to-order food according to Freddy’s standards
• Deliver genuine hospitality and create a positive guest experience
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team
• Follow food-safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Age 14 or older
• Daytime and/or evening availability
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Dependable, adaptable, and ready to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to stand and walk for shifts that may last up to 8–10 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including coolers and freezers
• Ability to work around grain products, peanuts, and other nuts
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
