We are a multi-state law firm seeking a Commercial Collections Attorney licensed in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas with 2+ years of litigation experience. Our primary practice focuses upon legal collections. However, we maintain an hourly practice focused upon creditors' rights defense and general business litigation. This attorney position includes local travel for attendance at hearings throughout the state. No billable hour requirement.
