This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Floor Plan Annotation based in Mexico.
This is a remote project opportunity for detail-oriented contributors interested in working with architectural floor plan data.
You will review and correct pre-labeled floor plans using the Labelbox annotation platform.
Your work will involve identifying and validating key architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, rooms, openings, and stairs.
Accuracy and consistency are essential, with a target accuracy rate of 95%.
The project offers a structured workflow, technical guidelines, and mandatory online training before production work begins.
You will work independently while following detailed instructions and meeting defined quality and delivery expectations.
The project is temporary and designed for contributors available approximately 5–8 hours per day.
Review pre-labeled architectural floor plans and identify elements requiring correction or adjustment.
Annotate and validate architectural features, including walls, doors, windows, rooms, openings, and stairs.
Use Labelbox to complete annotation tasks accurately and consistently according to project guidelines.
Maintain the required quality standard, with a target accuracy of 95%.
Follow technical instructions and annotation guidelines throughout the project.
Complete assigned floor plans within expected handling times and project deadlines.
Participate in mandatory online training before starting work on the live project.
Adapt to the platform and workflow as familiarity increases and handling times improve.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small differences or inconsistencies in floor plan annotations.
Good English comprehension for understanding project guidelines, technical instructions, and training materials.
Reliable computer and internet connection suitable for consistent remote work.
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions accurately and consistently.
Strong reliability and time-management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Availability to complete approximately 5–8 hours of work per day during the project period.
Willingness and availability to attend the mandatory online training session.
Previous experience with architectural drawings, floor plans, data annotation, Labelbox, or similar platforms may be helpful, but is not specified as mandatory.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy across repetitive tasks.
Fully remote work from Mexico.
Temporary project opportunity with flexible daily work availability of approximately 5–8 hours.
Compensation of USD 0.33–0.49 per approved floor plan, depending on annotation volume.
Estimated handling time of approximately 1–1.5 hours per floor plan, depending on complexity and familiarity with the workflow.
