Company: Aspire Autism Therapy
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Schedule: Afternoon availability required
Position Overview
Aspire Autism Therapy is seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs.
RBTs work directly with clients and families under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to helping clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while providing consistent and professional care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs accurately and consistently.
Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
Complete session notes daily and obtain required caregiver signatures.
Follow BCBA direction and actively participate in supervision, training, and performance feedback.
Communicate promptly and professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and the administrative team regarding scheduling, client concerns, and changes that may affect services.
Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
Provide adequate notice of scheduling concerns or potential cancellations whenever possible.
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, BACB requirements, company policies, and applicable payer requirements.
Maintain professional boundaries and conduct at all times.
Immediately report client safety concerns, incidents, or significant changes to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to reliably travel to clients’ homes within the assigned service area.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Strong communication, professionalism, and time-management skills.
Ability to accurately follow treatment protocols and BCBA instructions.
Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Must meet all background screening, credentialing, training, and payer requirements applicable to the position.
Schedule Expectations
Aspire Autism Therapy provides primarily in-home ABA services, with a significant need for RBTs who can consistently cover afternoon and after-school client schedules. Applicants should have dependable afternoon availability and be prepared to maintain an assigned recurring client schedule.
Consistency is essential to our clients’ progress. RBTs are expected to communicate scheduling conflicts promptly and minimize unnecessary or last-minute cancellations.
Compensation
$22.00–$25.00 per hour
Starting pay is determined based on qualifications, experience, availability, and other job-related factors.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for RBTs who are reliable, professional, communicative, coachable, and committed to their clients. Successful team members understand that consistency, accurate documentation, communication, and responsiveness to BCBA feedback are essential parts of providing quality ABA services.
