At Low T, we believe healthcare should feel personal—for our patients and our team. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing clinic team on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

No certification or license required! Plus, we provide two weeks of paid training to help set you up for success.

You’ll work alongside experienced healthcare providers while gaining hands-on experience in patient care, phlebotomy, injections, lab operations, and clinic support.

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking manual vital signs
  • Performing routine blood draws/venipuncture
  • Administering IM and subcutaneous injections per provider direction
  • Maintaining lab equipment and documentation
  • Processing and preparing patient labs
  • Performing quality control procedures
  • Performing weekly inventory and ordering
  • Assisting with front-desk duties when needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
  • Working closely with providers and other team members to support patient care
What We’re Looking For
  • Part-time availability, up to 20 hours per week
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
  • Venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injection experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work within the clinic schedule, including Saturdays
Your Schedule

Part-time | Up to 20 hours per week

We offer flexible scheduling within our clinic hours, with availability needed during the following times:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturday availability is required 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift.

Compensation & Training
  • $21.00 per hour
  • Two weeks of paid training

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Onsite clinical environment with frequent patient interaction
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the clinic
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to perform fine motor tasks required for clinical duties
