Job Description
We have the foundation. We’re looking for a leader who can take it further.
For more than 20 years, The Starz Program™ has been helping children shine through dance, sports, cheer, fitness, Ninja Fitness, yoga, and other enrichment programs delivered through schools and community partners.
Our Corporate division has an established team, a strong reputation, hundreds of families who have experienced Starz, and long-standing school relationships.
Now we're looking for a Corporate Area Manager to help us build the next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is equally comfortable with people and performance. You will lead a team, manage priorities, track the numbers, identify opportunities, solve problems, strengthen school partnerships, and help drive enrollment and revenue growth.
You won't be expected to do everything yourself. In fact, one of the most important parts of this role is learning how to build accountability and empower the right people to own the work.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and have a direct impact on how the Corporate division grows, operates, and develops its future leaders.
We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for someone else to solve the problem. They see it, take ownership, build a plan, and make it happen.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.Position OverviewThe Corporate Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and success of The Starz Program’s Corporate operations.
This person serves as the key leader between the Founder/CEO and the Corporate team, ensuring that our schools, classes, teachers, enrollment, marketing, and operational priorities are moving forward consistently and effectively.
