This is a senior product marketing leadership role focused on scaling go-to-market strategy and accelerating product adoption. You will lead critical areas of the product marketing function while building and developing a high-performing team. The role combines strategic leadership with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, martech, digital advertising, and marketing automation. You will shape product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and market narratives across verticals and regions. Working closely with product, revenue, marketing, and executive teams, you will turn customer and market insights into compelling growth strategies. This is an opportunity to influence product direction, category development, launches, and long-term market expansion within a remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the product marketing strategy in close partnership with product, revenue, marketing, and executive leadership, creating scalable go-to-market motions that support business growth and product adoption.
  • Own product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, tailoring narratives to different verticals, regions, customer segments, and market opportunities.
  • Drive AI adoption and enablement across the organization by developing strategies and resources that help internal teams and customers understand and leverage AI-powered products and capabilities.
  • Establish and scale go-to-market processes for new products, solutions, and features, enabling internal teams while developing compelling external narratives around innovation and customer value.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising industry, market trends, customer pain points, buying behavior, usage patterns, jobs to be done, and the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Identify market opportunities and connect customer needs with product capabilities, helping shape category strategy and expansion into adjacent markets.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing and executive leadership to strengthen market categories, expand into new opportunities, and establish differentiated positioning.
  • Provide strategic input into product roadmaps, product strategy, and pricing based on customer and market research, industry analyst insights, competitive intelligence, and other relevant findings.
  • Establish clear goals and key results for the product marketing organization, ensuring priorities are visible, progress is communicated consistently, and the team remains aligned around measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bring proven product marketing leadership experience, including a track record of building and scaling high-performing product marketing teams through strong communication, creative strategy, cross-functional partnerships, and an engaging team culture.
  • Demonstrate confidence in developing and scaling product launches and go-to-market motions, partnering closely with revenue teams to drive growth and taking ownership of ambitious commercial objectives.
  • Have significant leadership and hands-on experience in ad tech and martech, with deep knowledge of digital advertising, data-driven solutions, B2B marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Possess strong expertise in category development, compelling product messaging, differentiated positioning, and data-driven storytelling that connects customer needs with business value.
  • Bring at least 7 years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build performance-oriented teams, develop talent, establish clear expectations, and foster a collaborative culture.
Benefits:
  • U.S. base salary range of $180,000–$247,500 USD, with final compensation determined by factors such as experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget alignment.
  • Eligibility for additional compensation depending on the role, including annual bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
  • Retirement, 401(k), or pension savings programs, depending on location.
  • Competitive paid time off, including birthday leave.
  • Comprehensive mental health care support and health benefits available from the first day of employment.
  • Work-from-home reimbursement and access to optional global WeWork membership, along with company hubs in London and Toronto.
  • Robust onboarding and training, plus support for professional development initiatives such as conferences, courses, and books.
  • Access to programmatic advertising courses and certifications to support continuous learning.
  • Parental leave programs and a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative work culture with social and team events.
  • Remote-first working environment, with benefits and perks varying according to country of employment and the nature of the engagement.
