This role offers the opportunity to shape product marketing strategy across a global portfolio of healthcare technology products.
You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams to connect product strategy with commercial growth.
The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across positioning, segmentation, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
You will use customer, market, competitive, and product insights to sharpen propositions and identify opportunities for adoption and expansion.
The role also supports launches, new-market entry, and the evolution of products across different customer segments and geographies.
Success requires the ability to simplify complex ideas, influence senior stakeholders, and turn insight into measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a high-velocity, international environment offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to build a scalable product marketing discipline.
Lead product marketing across the product portfolio, establishing frameworks, priorities, and ways of working that connect product strategy with customer and commercial outcomes.
Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, tailoring propositions to different ideal customer profiles, segments, use cases, and markets.
Develop and maintain segmentation and ICP frameworks, defining target customers, their needs, and the strongest opportunities for growth.
Own packaging and bundling strategy, structuring products and capabilities across plans and customer segments to simplify adoption and create opportunities for expansion.
Co-own pricing and monetisation decisions with Product, Finance, Revenue, and regional teams, incorporating willingness-to-pay, competitive dynamics, pricing frameworks, and business cases.
Define go-to-market and distribution strategies for new and existing products, selecting the audiences, channels, sales motions, and lifecycle touchpoints most likely to drive adoption.
Lead major GTM initiatives, including product launches, pricing changes, and packaging updates, covering messaging, enablement, rollout planning, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch measurement.
Drive product adoption and expansion by identifying barriers to discovery, activation, usage, and growth and coordinating cross-functional efforts to address them.
Translate customer and market intelligence into actionable recommendations using customer research, win/loss analysis, product usage data, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
Partner with regional teams to understand market-specific competition, purchasing behavior, regulation, customer needs, and willingness-to-pay while maintaining a coherent global strategy.
Assess and support expansion into new customer segments and geographies, determining the required changes to positioning, pricing, packaging, product, and distribution.
Build competitive positioning and market intelligence to clarify differentiation, identify gaps, and inform strategic responses to market changes.
Equip Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams with messaging, narratives, competitive insights, and materials that support selling, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
Partner with Product leadership to incorporate customer, market, and commercial insights into product strategy and prioritization.
Track product marketing performance across acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, retention, and churn, using results to continuously refine strategy and execution.
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Strategy, or a closely related field, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated experience influencing growth through positioning, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, distribution, and product-led initiatives.
Experience developing positioning and value propositions for products serving multiple ICPs, customer segments, or markets.
Strong knowledge of segmentation, ICP development, pricing, packaging, monetisation, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience operating in competitive B2B environments where differentiation depends on product capabilities, proposition, and execution.
Experience working across multiple markets, preferably in Europe, with an understanding of differences in customer needs, regulations, competition, purchasing behavior, and willingness-to-pay.
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with product and commercial data, conducting research, developing business cases, and turning insights into action.
Strong customer orientation, with experience using qualitative and quantitative research to understand buying, adoption, expansion, churn, and competitive decisions.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams without relying on formal authority.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, make clear recommendations, and align stakeholders around strategic direction.
High ownership and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and move between strategic planning and detailed execution.
Hands-on approach with the willingness to conduct customer interviews, develop messaging, analyse adoption data, build pricing recommendations, and manage launch details personally.
Experience in healthcare, vertical SaaS, or regulated industries is an asset.
Experience taking established products into new customer segments or geographic markets is a plus.
Fully remote working environment within Europe.
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital healthcare innovation.
Exposure to a fast-growing, international SaaS environment.

Access to the tools and technology needed to work effectively.
Regular company events and opportunities to connect with colleagues internationally.
Opportunity to have a measurable impact on product adoption, revenue growth, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborative environment bringing together diverse teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional markets.
