Account Coordinator

Department: Client Engagement

Reports to: Director of Client Engagement

Department Growth Path: Account Manager

Job Summary

The Account Coordinator supports strong client relationships by coordinating recurring reporting, facilitating client and internal status meetings, and keeping account activities organized and on schedule. This role works across client-facing and internal teams to deliver responsive service, clear communication, and consistent results.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate the creation and management of projects that support ongoing client activities.
  • Track scheduled reports and related documentation to help the Account Management team meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Partner with teams across Atomic Data to coordinate the timely resolution of client questions and issues.
  • Prepare, deliver, and maintain accurate monthly and ad hoc client reports.
  • Build productive working relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Prepare for and facilitate recurring client meetings, including agendas, status updates, action items, and follow-up.
  • Identify emerging client and organizational needs and pursue relevant learning and development opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor annual client budgets in partnership with account leadership.
  • Maintain organized account records and communicate risks, dependencies, and next steps clearly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and presentation or process-mapping tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence facilitating meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate, influence, and follow through across teams.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment when preparing reports, managing documentation, and working with budgets.
  • Adaptability and a results-oriented approach in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience coordinating workflows, processes, or procedures across multiple stakeholders.
