About the Role:

The HIL - Cooler Loadout position plays a critical role in the transportation and warehousing industry by ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of cooler units for shipment. This role is responsible for coordinating the preparation, staging, and loading of temperature-sensitive products, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse teams and transportation personnel to optimize load configurations and minimize product damage during transit. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling, preferably in temperature-controlled environments.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of inventory and shipping documentation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, standing, and moving products for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in forklift operation or other relevant equipment.
• Experience working in transportation or logistics within the cooler or refrigerated goods sector.
• Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to warehousing and transportation.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stage cooler units for loadout according to shipment schedules and product specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment safely to load and unload products while maintaining product integrity.
• Verify product quantities and conditions against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize load plans and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements related to cooler loadout operations.
