Product Manager- Interactive in Las Vegas, Nevada at AGS LLC

Job Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio within our online games business, covering real-money gaming content and other categories as they develop. You'll work closely with Customers and the AGS Commercial, Game Development, Compliance and Platform teams to define, launch, and optimize games that perform across regulated iGaming markets. You'll be the voice of the player and the operator inside AGS, translating market and performance data into a clear, prioritized roadmap with a heavy focus on management and organization of our games portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our customers to truly understand what they need to execute on their market strategies.
• Be the go to person that quarterbacks the release schedules and roadmaps for range of markets and categories.
• Partner on the product roadmap for a set of online games/titles, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Write clear product requirements, game specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering and studio teams.
• Analyze in-market performance data (RTP, hold, session length, retention, revenue per unit) to identify what's working and where to iterate.
• Collaborate with regulatory/compliance teams to ensure games meet jurisdictional requirements across regulated U.S. and international markets.
• Work with business development and key accounts to understand operator needs and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
• Coordinate with the Interactive platform/aggregation team to manage certification, content delivery, and go-live timelines.
• Track competitive titles and market trends across RMG and social casino to spot opportunities and gaps.

• Present roadmap updates, launch results, and business cases to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills/Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in online/social casino, iGaming, real-money gaming, or a related regulated gaming or gambling environment.
• Understanding of casino game mechanics and mathematics (RTP, volatility, hit frequency) or strong willingness and aptitude to learn them quickly.
• Experience shipping digital products in partnership with engineering and design teams, including writing specs and managing backlogs.
• Comfort working with data to make decisions SQL or analytics tooling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in gaming (state gaming boards, certification labs, responsible gaming requirements) is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for casino games.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

• Direct experience with RMG platforms, game aggregators, or social casino publishing.
• Background in slot/table game design or math modeling or game development.
• Experience working with third-party studios and content aggregation partners.
