  • Identify potential issues proactively and contribute to practical solutions in a changing, high-demand environment.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of relevant payroll and/or tax experience.

  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules and requirements.

  • Experience using data and analytical techniques to research and resolve payroll or tax discrepancies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and solutions clearly to customers and colleagues.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with business data and documentation.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment when determining appropriate resolutions.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work across multiple customers.

  • Ability to work independently, respond quickly to issues, and make well-reasoned decisions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Energetic, adaptable, self-directed, and collaborative approach to work.

  • Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered.

  • Previous experience in payroll outsourcing or shared services is preferred.

Benefits

  • Values-based culture emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and fresh perspectives.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

  • Upward mobility and opportunities to expand expertise across payroll, tax, analytics, and related services.
