This is a full-time individual contributor role focused on building and growing strategic relationships with college and university partners.
You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 institutions, helping them launch, adopt, engage with, and expand academic support programs.
The role combines partner success, strategic account management, engagement, and growth in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You will work directly with campus stakeholders to understand their priorities and connect program performance to broader student success goals.
Using relationship-building skills and data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities to strengthen retention, adoption, and partner growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academic Relations to create a seamless partner experience.
This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership while contributing to the modernization of peer learning and student support in higher education.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of 10–20 college and university partners, developing engagement strategies that support long-term success and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with campus stakeholders through regular meetings, strategic touchpoints, proactive communication, and ongoing consultation.
  • Develop and execute partner engagement plans aligned with institutional priorities, program objectives, and student success goals.
  • Support successful partner launches, ongoing program adoption, stakeholder communication, and engagement throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Lead renewal and retention activities, helping partners understand program value and maximize the impact of their partnership.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, referrals, and broader stakeholder adoption, working with Sales and Marketing to develop and pursue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and strategic conversations to evaluate progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze partner data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve program performance, engagement, and impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academic Relations to ensure alignment and deliver a cohesive partner experience.
  • Work with internal teams to increase program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across partner campuses.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that strengthen partner success practices.
  • Travel as needed to support partner engagement, relationship development, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in higher education, sales, account management, customer success, program management, or partnership management.
  • Experience in EdTech is a plus, particularly within environments focused on higher education, student support, or academic success.
  • Genuine interest in education and student success, with motivation to contribute to initiatives that create tangible outcomes for students.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of campus stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships, accounts, projects, or programs while balancing competing priorities.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn partner data and insights into practical recommendations and next steps.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify partner growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to pursue them.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the confidence to contribute as part of a team while independently leading initiatives when needed.
  • Willingness to travel as required for partner engagement and growth.
  • Commitment to teamwork, accessible education, mission-driven work, and improving student success.
  • Additional experience with peer tutoring, peer programs, student support, or direct collaboration with colleges and universities is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and vested stock options providing an opportunity for equity ownership.
  • Medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Wellness stipend.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Remote work flexibility with a monthly work-from-home stipend.
  • Company-sponsored technology and equipment.
  • Company events and team outings.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, mission-driven team.
  • Full-time, remote position based in the United States.
