Front Desk Agent - Level II in Brainerd, Minnesota at Cragun's Resort

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake as a Front Desk Agent – Level II.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service that reflects our commitment to thoughtful hospitality, ensuring each guest's stay is smooth and memorable. The ideal candidate will have advanced front desk knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently address complex guest concerns while maintaining high service standards. A proactive approach to anticipating guests' needs and fostering connections is essential. Experience in upscale hospitality, luxury retail, or other high-service environments is highly preferred.

Schedule & Availability

Available shifts include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Other shifts are based on occupancy level and anticipated guests' needs and can range from 1-9pm, 10-6pm for example

1. Must have open availability to cover all shifts.
2. Flexibility to assist with broader front desk coverage and operational needs is essential.
3. Weekends are required; and holidays are required as business needs dictate.

Position Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and registrations.
• Apply advanced front desk and resort knowledge to recommend amenities, dining, activities, and local attractions.
• Independently resolve complex guest issues with sound judgment, owning them through resolution.
• Anticipate needs and personalize service, staying professional during busy periods.
• Process payments accurately and safeguard guest information and room keys.
• Keep room status, reservations, and guest records accurate.
• Coordinate with other departments and handle special requests discreetly.
• Provide reliable front desk support across shifts.
