This role is focused on driving high-impact business transformation and execution across complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
You will act as a strategic advisor, helping shape, structure, and implement multi-year business plans aligned with organizational priorities.
The position requires strong analytical and consulting capabilities to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment across multiple business units.
A key part of the role involves developing executive-level presentations and communication materials that support strategic initiatives.
You will also contribute to change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption and integration of business solutions.
This is a remote, U.S.-based contract role supporting large-scale transformation and operational excellence programs.

• Develop and support the execution of strategic business initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and long-term organizational goals.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable plans and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to drive integration, alignment, and successful execution of initiatives.
• Lead or support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and strategic documentation to support decision-making at senior leadership levels.
• Conduct data analysis to inform strategy development and measure performance against key objectives.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining alignment with timelines and priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor in client-facing environments, managing expectations and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, strategy consulting, or a similar advisory role.
• Proven experience developing and operationalizing strategic and multi-year business plans.
• Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering executive-level materials.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into clear, structured, actionable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in client-facing or enterprise environments.
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to support decision-making.
• Nice to have: experience in enterprise strategy, software asset management, compliance, or analytics-driven environments.

• Competitive hourly rate: $79–$89/hr (contract-based).
