Associate Staff Engineer, CRM Dynamics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, CRM Dynamics based in India.

This is a senior engineering role focused on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. You will work on building scalable, high-performance customer engagement systems that enable seamless business operations across sales, marketing, and service workflows. The role goes beyond implementation, requiring strong architectural thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to elevate engineering standards within teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring system reliability and performance. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 across enterprise business functions such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Architect and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions to support complex business workflows and enterprise requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and security across CRM platforms and integrated services.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM solution design, integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related Microsoft technology stack.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Good understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and enterprise application design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
