This role sits at the intersection of enterprise technology consulting, managed services delivery, and Oracle HCM Cloud specialization, with a strong focus on payroll solutions.
You will lead complex client engagements, guiding the design, delivery, and optimization of Oracle HCM Payroll environments within large-scale transformation and support programs.
The position combines hands-on functional expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, ensuring solutions align with client business and operational goals.
You will also play a key leadership role, mentoring consultants and fostering collaboration across project teams.

- Lead the delivery and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions within managed services and transformation engagements.
- Act as a functional expert, advising clients on system design, configuration, optimization, and best practices for Oracle HCM Payroll.
- Oversee end-to-end managed services delivery, including transition planning, stabilization, and ongoing operational support.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support across project engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Oracle delivery, enterprise IT services, or managed services environments.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, including implementation and support experience.
- Strong understanding of managed services frameworks, transition methodologies, and operational support models.
- Proven leadership experience at the Manager level, including mentoring and team coordination responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment across Canada/U.S. with flexibility for occasional travel.
- Canadian citizenship required for eligibility for cross-border (TN visa) travel when needed.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $170,000 USD (location-adjusted where applicable).
