WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Food and Beverage Manager

• Direct and oversee all food & beverage operations
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food, liquor costs, and payroll
• Oversee daily activities such as preparation of all food items, daily inventories, POS reports, and beverage costs
• Develop menus and agendas
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
• Requires excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible shifts
