This role focuses on driving frontline sales performance and strengthening distribution networks across a defined territory.
You will be responsible for executing sales strategies in the field, ensuring consistent market coverage and building strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
The position plays a key role in expanding product reach, improving execution standards, and identifying new business opportunities at the ground level.
You will work closely with distribution partners to manage both operational and commercial aspects of the sales ecosystem.
A strong emphasis is placed on market analysis, performance tracking, and using insights to improve sales effectiveness.
The role involves active field engagement, ensuring visibility, availability, and competitiveness of products across retail channels.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through field visits, direct selling, and effective distribution management within the territory.
- Manage distributor operations, including both front-end engagement and back-end infrastructure support.
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvements across the assigned geography.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners to drive business growth.
- Support distributor teams through coaching, performance monitoring, and corrective action planning where required.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve customer service and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and distribution strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree (full-time graduation) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, field sales, or distribution-driven sales roles.
- Strong understanding of ROI calculations and retail/sales distribution management.
- Experience in RS appointment, sales planning, and execution of promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to work in field-based environments with strong ownership and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage distributor and trade relationships effectively.
