- Manage and strengthen relationships with workers’ compensation insurance carriers, state agencies, and key external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Support insurance program renewals, ensuring timely submissions, accurate documentation, and effective coordination to achieve competitive pricing and favorable outcomes.
- Monitor premium trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to strategies that balance profitability, competitiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurers, helping resolve complex workers’ compensation matters and supporting claims management processes from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, certificates, claims documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and client service teams to improve workflows, enhance customer experiences, and increase operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on federal and state workers’ compensation regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline documentation, reporting, compliance monitoring, and administrative processes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that promote scalability, data integrity, process consistency, and high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in workers’ compensation insurance operations within a U.S.-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment.
- Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation compliance requirements, insurance carrier relationships, and regulatory frameworks across multiple states.
- Experience supporting carrier management activities, insurance renewals, claims administration, and premium management initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools or technology solutions to improve workers’ compensation workflows, reporting, compliance monitoring, or claims processes.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing business needs and regulatory developments.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote and highly collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $93,450 – $103,850 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and market factors.
