This role sits at the center of high-impact digital advertising delivery, combining client strategy, programmatic campaign execution, and performance optimization. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and agencies, ensuring their media investments translate into measurable business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will oversee campaign performance across DSPs while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with internal sales, analytics, and product teams to refine strategies and improve results. You will also play a key role in presenting insights, guiding optimizations, and strengthening long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns while ensuring strong client satisfaction and measurable performance outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from setup and activation through reporting and optimization, while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize cross-channel programmatic campaigns using leading DSP platforms
- Lead client communication through regular status meetings, reporting, and performance reviews
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver clear, impactful performance presentations and reports
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and strategic guidance
- Support campaign troubleshooting, execution quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
You bring hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and client-facing roles, with a strong ability to translate data into strategy and execution. You are comfortable working in fast-moving environments and managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, client success, account management, or media planning
- Hands-on experience with DSP platforms, including campaign activation, optimization, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with PowerPoint and client-facing reporting presentations
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $125,000 CAD, based on experience and location
