Senior Manager Global Alliances

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager Global Alliances based in the United States.

This is a high-visibility, strategic alliances leadership role focused on driving global partner success across key technology ecosystems. You will be responsible for deepening relationships with strategic alliance partners while directly influencing pipeline generation, sales acceleration, and joint go-to-market execution. The role sits at the intersection of field sales, engineering, and marketing, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate partner strategy into measurable revenue impact. You will engage directly with enterprise partners, shaping how solutions are positioned and sold across global accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you will both build and activate partner programs. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on growth and impact within the data security and infrastructure ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

You will own and execute global alliance initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, accelerate revenue, and expand joint go-to-market success.

  • Drive execution of global alliance strategy by supporting joint planning, pipeline generation, and sales acceleration initiatives with key partners.
  • Increase partner-initiated and partner-influenced revenue by positioning solutions as essential within global alliance ecosystems.
  • Coordinate global account mapping, qualification discussions, and interlock meetings to convert target accounts into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Enable partner sales and technical teams through structured training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to improve solution adoption and selling capability.
  • Represent the organization in partner-facing meetings, executive briefings, and industry events to strengthen strategic relationships and market presence.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on joint GTM execution and partner engagement strategies.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking of alliance-driven pipeline and revenue across regions.
Requirements

You are an experienced alliances or partner leader with strong domain knowledge in enterprise technology and a proven ability to drive revenue through ecosystem partnerships.

  • 7+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, channel sales, or enterprise sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of data protection, data management, storage, or enterprise infrastructure markets.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and supporting complex enterprise deal cycles.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 alliance partners and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Experience with partner planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting metrics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-driven environment.
