  • Design and implement site enablement and patient recruitment strategies to accelerate enrollment and expand access to underserved populations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across feasibility, study start-up, and recruitment processes, leveraging new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Manage cross-functional governance for site selection, activation, and enrollment execution while overseeing and developing regional feasibility and recruitment teams.
  • Contribute to global clinical operations initiatives and represent regional feasibility perspectives in strategic planning and decision-making forums.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline, with 12+ years of experience in clinical operations, feasibility, clinical trial management, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing feasibility, site strategy, patient recruitment, or clinical operations teams in a global or regional environment.
  • Strong expertise in clinical trial feasibility, country and site selection, and study start-up strategy development.
  • Deep understanding of patient recruitment, investigator engagement, and operational drivers of clinical trial success.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting complex datasets to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing external partners, vendors, and CROs.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial systems and tools such as CTMS, EDC platforms, and feasibility analytics solutions (e.g., Citeline, Trialtrove or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $206,200 to $276,200 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus plans or incentive compensation depending on role classification.
  • Equity participation through discretionary stock awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
