- Coordinate cross-functional execution across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and external partners such as CROs

- Strong analytical thinking with ability to model scenarios and support data-driven decisions
- High comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward action and execution
- Experience collaborating across clinical, regulatory, translational, and CMC functions preferred
- Familiarity with AI and digital tools as productivity and decision-support enhancers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
- Emotional intelligence, humility, and ability to influence without direct authority
- Competitive compensation package aligned with senior leadership responsibilities
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage with high employer contribution
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Flexible PTO policy supporting work-life balance
- Exposure to cutting-edge drug discovery programs and clinical-stage innovation
