We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technicianin Williston, ND. Explore Monarch here https://www.mimginvestment.com/and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
- Snow removal when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21-$23/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
- Holiday coverage bonuses
- 401kplanning with up to a $4,000 annual match
- Blue Cross Medical Insurance at under $50 monthly (individual coverage)
- Complimentary Life and Dental Insurance packages
- Optional Vision and Disability Insurance available
- Enjoyment of nine paid holidays annually
