Campers Inn RV is looking for an Internet Sales Coordinator. This role is an administrative, customer-facing position focused on re-engaging digital leads and supporting the dealership's online sales pipeline.

Essential Job Functions

- Re-engage digital leads that have become unresponsive, using a personal, helpful, and no-pressure approach
- Quickly and consistently follow up with assigned leads through call, text, and email to re-establish two-way communication and rebuild buying momentum
- Document all customer interactions, contact attempts, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner in DP360, the company CRM
- Qualify re-engaged customers and capture key information
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified re-engagements and contribute to overall department conversion goals
- Follow a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer that reflects the Campers Inn brand and protects the customer’s experience
- Stay informed on current dealership inventory, market trends, and the RV industry to engage customers credibly
- Be enthusiastic and maintain strong communication with customers, teammates, and management
- Maintain accurate customer records and contact information in the CRM
- Generate ideas to improve re-engagement effectiveness and share best practices with the team
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
- Customer service, inside sales, call center, or retail sales experience preferred
- Experience with a CRM or high-volume customer follow-up preferred
Abilities
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating outbound contact and re-engaging customers who have gone quiet
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up activity without letting opportunities go cold
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, which may include evenings and weekends
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, company systems applications, including DP360 as the company's CRM, Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable
- Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports
- Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
