Job Description
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The OpportunityWyze is looking for a product leader who can do more than ship individual devices. This role is for someone who can shape a hardware portfolio across markets—deciding where we expand, where we invest, and how we build a stronger smart home ecosystem over time. You will lead product strategy for Wyze's EU expansion across cameras and non-camera products, while driving non-camera category growth in North America. The right person will bring strong commercial judgment, comfort with hardware complexity, and a demonstrated ability to make high-stakes portfolio trade-offs across customers, cost, quality, and growth.
What You’ll Do
What You'll Bring
Highly preferred:
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $195,000 – $293,000 per year.
More about us: Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others… all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
Come Join Us!
Benefits: Wyze has a full benefits package through Premera Blue Cross. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, EAP, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, FSA, and Daycare FSA. Depending on the benefits package you choose, a portion of the employee and dependent premiums will be covered by Wyze.

- Own product strategy across a broad smart home hardware portfolio, using customer insight, market data, and business performance to decide what to build, scale, or sunset

- Partner with hardware, engineering, operations, legal, and ODM teams to translate strategy into product requirements, cost targets, launch plans, and quality outcomes
- Ensure products meet regional market requirements by partnering on compliance, localization, and go-to-market readiness for EU launches
- Define success metrics across revenue, margin, adoption, returns, and quality, and use those metrics to drive portfolio and team accountability
- Communicate strategy, performance, and key risks clearly to executive leadership and drive alignment on major portfolio decisions
What You'll Bring
- including experience owning products from concept through launch and mass production
- 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading product managers
- Demonstrated success owning a multi-product hardware portfolio and making roadmap and investment trade-offs across product lines or regions

- Demonstrated ability to use customer insight, market data, and business performance to shape strategy and improve outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills, with a track record of driving decisions across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience launching products in international markets; EU market experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with partners and ODM teams in China
Highly preferred:
- Experience with EU market requirements, including CE, RED, privacy, or localization considerations
- Experience in camera hardware, computer vision, or AI-enabled smart home experiences
- Experience owning or materially influencing product P&L
- Experience scaling a PM team in a high-growth consumer electronics environment
