We are looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to support and optimize APCO’s financial systems environment, including Dynamics 365 and future-state NetSuite implementations. In this role, you will help drive system administration, integrations, reporting, governance, and process improvements that support operational scalability and financial accuracy across the organization.
What You'll DoFinancial Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain financial systems, including configuration, customization, security settings, and user access management
- Support Dynamics 365 and future-state NetSuite environments across finance and accounting operations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve functionality and reliability
- Ensure system integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained
Business Process & System Optimization
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Configure financial modules, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and system enhancements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across financial systems
- Assess current-state challenges and recommend scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices
Integrations & Data Management
- Support system integrations and data migration activities, including ETL processes and API-based integrations
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems and workflows
- Assist with implementation and testing of enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
User Support & Documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for financial systems support and issue resolution
- Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, integrations, workflows, and governance processes
You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy combining technical systems expertise with business process improvement. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows and solve complex system challenges.
You’re also highly analytical and organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience administering or supporting financial systems or ERP platforms
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Dynamics 365 financial modules
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and security administration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Power Platform, or related customization tools
- Experience with integrations, APIs, ETL processes, or workflow automation
- NetSuite and/or Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience supporting financial reporting, dashboards, and business process optimization
- Experience working in high-growth or multi-system environments
