When that moment comes for you, the path is here. The Clinical Supervisor role at Zeeva starts at $110,000 and grows to $140,800. And it is built for people who started exactly where you are starting.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• A full individual therapy caseload (25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings)
• Trauma-informed, whole-person clinical care across a diverse client population including Medi-Cal and Medicare
• High-quality clinical documentation completed same day, streamlined, fast, and clinician-friendly
• Active participation in weekly group supervision
• Collaboration with clinicians on complex cases, risk management, and ongoing clinical development
• Engagement in team learning, in-person events, and the collective culture of Zeeva

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) — required
• Full-time availability: 25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings
• Minimum of 1 day per week in our Sherman Oaks office suite
• Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice
• DSM-5 proficiency and experience with medical necessity documentation
• Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements
• Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices
• Ready for feedback, reflection, and a genuinely collaborative team culture

COMPENSATION

We believe in transparency and in honoring exactly where you are.

Onboarding & Training Pay: We invest in your success from day one. During training and onboarding, hours are compensated based on the type of work:

• Clinical hours (client sessions): $65/hour
• Admin hours (trainings, meetings): $25/hour

By 90 days and maintain a full caseload of 25 sessions per week, your compensation transitions to salary. Base salary begins at $84,500. The more you grow, the more you earn... and we will always be right there supporting you!
