  • Document implementation activities, configuration changes, and deployment outcomes
  • Work independently while managing deployment projects across customer environments
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 60% travel)
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure in deployment, implementation, or datacenter environments
  • Hands-on experience installing, integrating, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work in project-based environments
  • Experience working independently and managing multiple deployment priorities
Technical Experience
  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking troubleshooting (switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
  • Enterprise storage platforms and SAN technologies
  • Multi-vendor networking environments, including Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Aruba, and Dell
  • Virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or similar technologies
  • Command-line (CLI) experience with enterprise infrastructure platforms
Preferred
