As a Luxury Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining pools to the highest standards, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, water quality remains safe and balanced, and customers receive outstanding service at every visit.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)

• Perform routine pool cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain optimal water quality
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and pool equipment for proper operation
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or maintenance issues
• Clean and maintain filters, baskets, and circulation systems
• Maintain accurate service records and visit notes
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in the field
• Keep service vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and maintained

• Previous pool service, maintenance, or related field experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a service route efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
