  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project teams, brands, contractors, consultants, and local stakeholders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and balance competing requirements to identify the best solution for each retail space.
Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail architecture or interior design, particularly involving commercial space planning.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and other CAD tools used for 2D and 3D design.
  • Strong understanding of real estate and retail project stages, including exploration, negotiation, design, approval, construction, and project follow-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong 3D visualization skills and the ability to translate concepts into accurate renderings and practical spatial solutions.
  • Ability to make fact-based layout and design decisions while balancing guidelines, customer needs, commercial objectives, and site-specific conditions.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • International retail or architectural experience is an advantage.

  • Competitive local benefits and perks based on the market.
  • Comprehensive health insurance and wellbeing support.
  • Wellness and family support programs.
  • Paid leave and paid time-off programs, including opportunities to contribute to the local community.
