Job Description

Integration Test and Operationalization Lead

TULK is a boutique consulting firm delivering mission-focused systems integration, acquisition, engineering, analysis, and operational transition services to Defense and national-security customers. We build practical teams that connect mission needs, technology, acquisition decisions, and fielded operational effect.

Our work matters because capable technology only creates value when it is integrated, tested, supportable, and trusted by the people who use it.

The Role

Lead integration test, evaluation, readiness, and operational-transition activities for mature technologies and capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and coordinate integration test, evaluation, verification, validation, readiness, and transition activities.
  • Identify certification, authorization, safety, supportability, sustainment, user-readiness, and scale-up dependencies.
  • Turn test and field feedback into prioritized technical, operational, or acquisition changes.
  • Produce evidence that enables informed decisions on operational readiness and next steps.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant integration test and evaluation, operational test support, verification and validation, readiness assessment, or transition-planning experience.
  • Demonstrated work connecting test evidence to fielding, sustainment, operational use, or acquisition decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, test, and acquisition stakeholders.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
  • Applicants must provide specific examples of their personal technical delivery, including the mission or operational problem, their technical role, and the outcome.

What Makes an Application Stand Out

Show how you personally converted a mission or operational need into an integration, test, transition, fielding, or acquisition decision. Name the problem, your technical role, the stakeholders you worked with, the evidence you produced, and the operational outcome.

How to Apply

Submit a resume and answer the application questions. TULK advances applicants whose resumes and responses clearly demonstrate relevant technical delivery and answer the required screening questions.
