This senior leadership role will drive enterprise reporting transformation and build the frameworks needed for consistent, reliable, data-driven decision-making.
You will define the roadmap for a unified reporting function spanning enterprise dashboards, customer health reporting, and strategic scorecards.
The position combines transformation leadership, program management, data strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution.
You will partner with senior leaders across operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, customer success, and other functions to align priorities and outcomes.
A major focus will be developing scalable data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure in close partnership with product and technology teams.
You will establish governance, standardize metrics, manage complex dependencies, and champion adoption of a single source of truth across the organization.
This is an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide reporting capabilities while directly influencing strategic priorities, customer outcomes, and long-term operational performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise reporting transformation initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for a unified enterprise reporting framework, translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior management to shape strategic plans and objectives, determine implementation approaches, establish priorities, and make informed decisions on complex reporting initiatives.
  • Serve as product owner for core enterprise reporting capabilities, including the enterprise performance dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and strategic customer scorecards.
  • Own the end-to-end design and development of enterprise reporting solutions, working closely with product and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable capabilities.
  • Lead the development of data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure in partnership with operations, product, and technology stakeholders, ensuring the foundation can support long-term enterprise needs.
  • Establish standardized reporting on the status, progress, risks, dependencies, and impact of transformation initiatives, providing leadership with clear and actionable visibility.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance views that enable senior leaders to monitor milestones, assess outcomes, and make informed decisions.
  • Build alignment across operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams around reporting priorities, definitions, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Act as the central coordination point across functions, reconciling competing stakeholder perspectives and ensuring consistent execution against enterprise objectives.
  • Establish structured governance and prioritization mechanisms for reporting initiatives, balancing competing demands while maintaining focus on enterprise value.
  • Promote a single source of truth by standardizing metric definitions, reporting practices, data interpretation, and governance across the organization.
  • Lead end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies, risks, tradeoffs, milestones, and resources while maintaining high standards for quality, scalability, and reliability.
  • Identify and escalate risks early, develop practical resolution strategies, and maintain accountability for delivery and business outcomes.
  • Champion adoption of unified reporting approaches through communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational influence.
  • Direct the activities of the enterprise reporting function through matrixed and cross-functional teams and functional leads, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
  • Make resourcing decisions for the function and ensure alignment with broader transformation priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve reporting frameworks, governance practices, analytics, automation, and data-driven processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, operational leadership, or related strategic roles.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations and environments involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong experience working across business, product, technology, operations, and other enterprise functions to translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a director-level scope, participate in senior leadership strategic planning, and make high-impact decisions involving complex and loosely defined business challenges.
  • Exceptional program and project management capabilities, including integrated planning, governance, prioritization, risk management, dependency management, executive reporting, and delivery oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, establish clear priorities, and maintain momentum in environments characterized by ambiguity and competing demands.
  • Strong change management and organizational influence capabilities, with experience driving adoption of new processes, reporting standards, governance models, or operating practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data literacy, including the ability to define KPIs linked to strategic priorities and use data to support executive decision-making.
  • Comfortable partnering with business intelligence and analytics teams on dashboard design, KPI definition, reporting standards, data integrity, and enterprise performance measurement.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive-level reporting for large-scale transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare payer, health plan, healthcare technology, or related environments is preferred.
  • Experience owning or co-owning data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise data infrastructure is a plus, particularly when working closely with technology and product teams on architecture, scalability, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and infrastructure concepts, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams even when not directly responsible for engineering delivery.
  • Ability to establish sustainable governance models that improve consistency, accountability, scalability, and long-term reporting effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of judgment, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments and deliver outcomes with significant business impact.

Benefits:

  • Annual US base salary range of $215,000–$233,000, with final compensation determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
  • Full-time, permanent employment.
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative with significant strategic and organizational impact.
  • Direct exposure to senior management and executive stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations, sales, advisory, and customer success functions.
  • Significant ownership over enterprise reporting strategy, governance, prioritization, and transformation.
  • Opportunity to shape scalable data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure in partnership with technology and product teams.
  • Ability to establish enterprise-wide standards and a single source of truth for critical business metrics and performance reporting.
  • Opportunity to lead matrixed and cross-functional teams while influencing organizational change and adoption.
  • Potential travel based on business needs.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a data-driven transformation environment where reporting directly supports strategic decision-making and customer outcomes.
