The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The People, Belonging and Impact (PBI) Site Director is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of targeted PBI initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People, Belonging and Impact and partnering with hospital leadership, the Director supports execution of the Corporate Office of People, Belonging and Impact initiatives while aligning strategies with business goals.

A typical day as a People, Belonging and Impact (PBI) Site Director:

  • Lead the integration and expansion of People, Belonging and Impact programs and strategies at the assigned hospital(s), fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion
  • Develop, lead and manage Business Resource Groups (BRGs), including oversight of budgets, project timelines, operational planning, and implementation of BRG strategies and initiatives
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors and partner with hospital leadership to advance People, Belonging and Impact priorities and organizational goals
  • Oversee and support BRG-led initiatives, community partnerships, employee engagement activities and internal events that advance People, Belonging and Impact objectives
  • Partner with Patient Access and Patient Experience to support inclusive demographic data collection, language access services and culturally and linguistically appropriate care
  • Analyze People, Belonging and Impact metrics, evaluate outcomes and leverage industry best practices to develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies and action plans
  • Conduct regular leadership rounding to build relationships, identify opportunities, provide consultation and respond proactively to emerging organizational needs
  • Design, implement and facilitate People, Belonging and Impact education and training programs including New Employee Orientation
  • Promote and sustain an inclusive, respectful workplace culture while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on People, Belonging and Impact initiatives
  • Attend and facilitate monthly team meetings at rotating hospital locations to promote collaboration, innovation, sharing of best practices and team engagement
  • May perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

  • Proficiency in organizational change management principles and strategies for driving systemic change
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence, coach and build collaborative relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • High level of initiative, creativity, accountability and sound judgment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with the ability to build rust and foster collaboration

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional Education Preferred: Master's degree preferred. Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years of People, Belonging and Impact experience. Experience Preferred: Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
