We’re looking for a skilled craftsperson who takes pride in their work and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in architectural millwork or cabinetry and thrives in a team environment where quality and precision matter.

• Proficiency with shop machinery, tools, and equipment; ability to assist with shop maintenance and organization
• Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing methods, materials, and hardware
• Experience laminating plastic laminate and wood veneers
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and translate them into finished work
• Skill in estimating time required for assembly and production from shop drawings
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as project schedules require
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with safe material handling and storage techniques
