Position SummaryThe Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for servicing and inspecting rental vehicles for customer use, transporting vehicles from the service area to customer pick-up, maintaining gas logs, and keeping the work area clean.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service rental vehicles for customer useReview the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly preparedTransport customers to and from the rental center as requiredDeliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directedMaintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning suppliesMaintain gas logs and other logs as requested by managementInspect and park cars as directedPerform related duties as required or assigned
QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle reportAt least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United StatesReliable transportationExcellent attention to detailAble to work all required shiftsWilling to work outside in nearly all weather conditionsStrong time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous mannerHigh school diploma or equivalent
Management ResponsibilitiesThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Service Supervisor and Location Manager.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Extensive physical activity when cleaning and servicing vehiclesTwisting, bending, walking, getting in and out of vehicles, driving, and inspecting vehiclesProlonged periods of servicing and cleaning vehicles, lifting cleaning equipment, and using cleaning products
