We are looking for a motivated Jr. Sales & Business Development Associate to join our Marietta office and help us grow our client base. You will be involved in the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to supporting new clients as they get started with us. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to build deep knowledge of our services and grow with a fast-moving firm.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers within target accounts and guide prospects through each stage of the sales process.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations of Manay CPA services to prospective clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions in our CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach that resonate with our target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand our services.
- Learn our services and systems in depth, and explain their features and benefits with confidence.
- Track your own sales activity and progress toward goals, sharing insights and feedback with the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact onward.
- Represent Manay CPA at client visits and industry events.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in accounting, tax, financial services, or another professional services industry is a plus. If no experience, the ideal candidate will be willing to learn these technical concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish fluency is a big plus for our client base. Fluency in additional languages is also a strong plus.
- Comfort with outreach and building new relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Self-starter mindset, with the curiosity to learn and the initiative to take ownership.
- Ability to collaborate across teams with a client-first attitude.
- Experience with a CRM platform is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
