What you'll do

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties remain in top condition.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, providing efficient and effective solutions to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, ensuring all equipment and systems operate smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in all operations.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of property assets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property maintenance, with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 35 USD per hour(Middletown, CT)
