Title: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Reports to: Site Manager

Schedule: Full time five days a week (some weekends) and on call as needed.

Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

Responsible for keeping buildings and grounds maintenance. Candidate will be responsible for keeping the grounds in good working condition by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs. Work includes basic light plumbing, light carpentry, light electrical, and having HVAC experience is a plus. Assists with event setups, general upkeep, and emergency response as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper operation of building equipment.
• Handle minor repairs to plumbing, electrical fixtures, doors, locks, and general hardware.
• Monitor HVAC filter repalcement.
• Complete light painting, patching, and general facility upkeep.
• Support with room setups, trash removal, and grounds care (snow, leaves, watering).
• Assist with deliveries.
• Participate in emergency response procedures. (Fire Drills)

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with general knowledge of building systems.
• Experience in maintenance or related trades (4–5 years preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and extended walking.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and major holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
