Position Description

Job Summary:

The DataEngineerat Peckham Industrieswill provide expertise intranslating, documenting, and implementingfunctional user requirementsfor data related requests. The Engineer in this position will leverage creative solutions with analytical skillsto continue driving innovation.

Essential Functions:

1. Analyzing data in back-end systems for enhancements, triage, or researchrelated to user requests

2. Communicate with and understand user data requirementsat both a functional leveland abusiness level

3. Ability to distill requirements into simple, concise documentation

4. Create and modify existingERP reports

5. Support of Microsoft Power Platformflows and apps

6. Supportmonitoring efforts of production jobs

7. Create and modify ETL jobsin Python or SSIS

Position Requirements

Requirements, Education and Experience:

4-years' experience working with data at an enterprise level

College degree, preferred

Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tool and creating visual representations of data), Excel, Crystal Reports,andSSRS

An understanding of RDMS, SQL, and data structures

Creativity and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience writing test cases and testing automation.

Experience with Python, and/or Apache Airflow
