Summary
The Member Relations Specialist is responsible for insuring that members and guests receive a warm welcome each time they visit or call the facility. In addition, this individual is responsible for making sure that only authorized members and guests are allowed access to the facility.

High School Diploma.
Required Length and Type of Experience
Previous experience in medical fitness or healthy/wellness industry, preferred
Required Licensure or Certification
CPR/AED certification
